"Fur" Trimmed Seed Stitch Hat and Scarf

This elegant hat and scarf set is knitted in seed stitch in a soft, shiny yarn with "fur" yarn in garter stitch to frame the face and decorate the lower portions of the scarf.

Hat Sizes
Small Adult (19”), Medium Adult (21”), Large Adult (23”)

Scarf - 3” wide by 62” long

Worsted Weight Yarn (MC) and a Furry Novelty Yarn (CC) Hat Scarf MC - 95 (115, 125) yards MC – 130 yards CC - 30 (35, 40) yards CC – 20 yards

Berroco Yarns Quest, 100% Nylon, 82 yards, 50 grams (MC) - 3 skeins and Zap, 100% Polyester Eyelash, 50 yards, 50 grams - 2 skeins

Needles - US Size 8 (5mm) - 16” circular and double pointed (dp) (Hat Pattern is written for knitting in the round only)

Gauge for Hat - 5 sts = 1” in seed stitch
