Miniature Santa Christmas Stocking

A tiny stocking to hang on a tree or decorate a special package - this stocking measures only 2-1/2" across. It's knitted flat, with regular heel and toe sock shaping and the Santa is intarsia with the face embroidered in after the knitting is complete.

Pattern is written for fingering weight yarn and includes color chart and diagram with embroidery stitches. Gauge is 8-1/4 sts per inch on US Size 2  (2.75mm) needles.

Finished size is approximately 2.5" wide and 6.5" long.

This pattern will also work well with any size yarn - just match the needle size to the thickness of your yarn. The stocking will end up proportionally larger because of the way the pattern is written.
